A Musical Journey

Since the age of 6 I have learnt to love and treasure music. Despite the stereotypical image of Asian children forced into playing instruments like programmed machines, instead I have been taught invaluable skills and a love for music that I will carry with me forever.

Music teaches us to listen. Not to hear, but to listen. To listen attentively with intent and care. It also teaches us to express: from sorrow to the joy of love to political thoughts, both through composing and performing.

Here I hope to start a new journey with anyone willing to listen and explore the many aspects of music.
